Just had to write a bit about our amazing night at the "FUN night for the 2009 Australasian Mannatech convention." Always a hoot and this was no different. The night before we had a black tie swanky affair but this night was for fun, letting all inhibitions go and just have a great time.
The event co-ordinators go all out - the decorations were fantastic - rich brodicade, overstuffed pillows and silks - just a gorgeous room to go into - then there was the camel rides ( not kidding) the all night belly dancers who interwined thier lithe bodies around the room, the fire dancers, the fantastic foods and authentic music....
Lots of laughs as the corporate team did a dance, the GM rode a magic carpet and was part of a skit... all sorts of things to inject fun into the night.
So impressed with everyone - most 'dos' these days people pike out with dressing up - not this bunch... most if not all people made the effort to put a costume on adn some went Well and TRUELY out .. I'll post some photos later...

did an unthinkable thing....wore a bellydancing costume - which showed my bare mid drift... eek! I know I have a long way to go.. but I felt great, got compliments and I had a fun night... so really who cares?I HAD to post up the pici of us on camel back... alot smoother than I had expected - but I was at the back which by all accounts is better. Age thought it felt like being on the back of a large chicken.
so yes... we had a great time!!! More photos to follow
