After a bit of a frustrating time trying to actually FIND Sherwood forest- and yes we followed those darn brown signs for miles- we finally came across the Major Oak and the info centre. So glad we persevered. The kids were so excited!
The interactive display was excellent. The last tome Zi was here, it was really just a hut and a walk to the tree. They have made cafes and restaurants, displays and playgrounds. I even saw signs for a medieval fayre in August.
