Struan.. Making a Scottish bread

We are so lucky here in our HelpX job in Scotland. Conner is a gifted baker who has a passion for good quality ingredients and loves to share his knowledge. 

Todays project was "Straun" an Scottish bread made from different grains and has a malty, sweet flavour. Another upside for it, is that it doesn't need to be kneaded - but rather throw together like a mudpie, so you can imagine that that peeps had a wonderful time with it. 

Home made bread is just so good.. thickly slathered with salted creamy butter.. Thats me!  I am foodie heaven here.
