Proud moments

So proud of Morgan. As I have said previously – he started footy training – after doing some ball skills in a before school skills class in the last few months. This week, he has really tried hard and amongst 13 others in the group was selected to represent the club in the half time game on Saturday. So the game is at the Gabba and is the Lions against West Coast. Morgan and his mates will be all kitted out in the right gear and will run onto the pitch at half time and ummm play I guess. Its such an honour and so excited!! They will meet the Lions

before the match and have a bit of training with them,as well as go down to the locker rooms and get changed there. Age has a seminar he is doing that weekend – and after a lot of deliberation on how we are going ot get everything done – will hire a car for the weekend to enable him to come and see Morgan at half time and then he will go back to his course. Lilly will stay with friends for the evening. Morgan is a little overwhelmed at the thought of running on to the pitch – as he as seen it before and a bit scared at how many people are going to be watching.. I will do my best to take some sort of photos….

Lilly tried on her outfits for her first concert – they are no wbeing made. She continues to twirl and dance around the house.

I just spent a totally delightful weekend with Karen and Jodi – traipsing round Brisbane, and then having high tea at a delightful little art deco tea shop in South Brisbane.

My eating plan suffered a bit this week – so am not expecting to see any significant changes when I do my measure ups on Tuesday.

I have been really busy with my total learning business s- not that I have meant to - just word of mouth and doing parties from there. I even had tow serious enquiries on joining – so nothing substantial there – but they are interested and have all the info. As long as I make min sales and keep getting my free books – I am a happy girl!

Lilly will be 4 at the end of the week – and Morgan 6 – boy – can’t believe it. We did their invites up and hope that people will choose to come along.

Morgan and Lillys gymnastics times have changed – which has really thrown our week out. But the blessing I guess is that we now have an afternoon free – so will commit to doing craft; something I have lapsed in the last 6 months. With Jans gold hands books – there is plenty of inspiration.

I am still getting into the swing of doing my weekly columns – bit stressed sometimes at the timeframes and trying to fit it all in. Have also started in earnest with my websites – Adrian now wants one and I spent much of Friday night building it.
