A delightful Sunday lunch was spent in one of the villages quaint pubs, boasting that it has been serving food and ale since the 1600s.
The Red House is on the main street in Whitchurch, a tiny village set alongside a gushing ( at the moment) stream. As you can see from the photos, the ceiling is very low and the bar tiny - but with the fireplace, its a gorgeous little place to escape the chill and to share some drinks.
We had a traditional roast lunch, which was amazing.. no it was AMAZING... and best of all - the super yum chocolate fudge pudding. It was pretty fabulous and I refuse to feel guilty for eating it.
