Update on Miss Lillys Arm

For those unaware, Lilly broke her arm on New Years Eve. The doctor was concerned about the angle the wrist was at and suggested she may need surgery ( 3 days before we flew out) to correct it. After a secondary look, he said he was satisfied that the bones would sort themselves out and nothing needed to be done. We had a referral to a doctor in the UK just for a check up.

Well.. We went to the check up - and on a side note, can I say how impressed I am with the service and speed we were looked after...

Poor Miss Lillys arm is not mending well. The angle of the bones are completely opposite to what they need to be. Because they are starting to fuse, and she is still growing, it leaves the doctor kin a difficult situation. Its very likely she meeds major surgery to rebreak it and get wires into it to correct the angle.
She has a new cast on and they will monitor it over a month and make decisions with me then. Far out.

Getting the old cast off.

ReXraying it

A new pink one being put on.
