Its a shame that the bruising and swelling doesn't really come up on this photo, and as I write it now, poor little Lilly's foot is looking much worse for wear. ( see lower picture)
We went out on a walk along the fields earlier on with the dogs. It is a bit of a challenge to take four dogs who aren't used to leads or walking with people on such an exciting adventure as this sort of trek; especially when two of them are bigger than the kids.
With Spring bursting into life at every corner, we have pheasants flapping and jumping all over the place. One of them leapt out of hte ditch as we walked past, the dog Lilly was leading got far too excited and ploughed straight into Lilly and she went AOT.
Luckily we were close to a road, so I took three dogs home, leaving Morgan look after Lilly and one of them. It wasn't too far to drive back and grab her - but I then needed to carry her up a bunch of stairs and into a warm bath.. Its an at home day tomorrow with her foot up...
